in June of 2000, New York Mobile
Notary Services is a division of
Mobile Notary Services. Our firm provides notary and related services
to clients throughout New York. We were the first company to
introduce this service about 8 years ago, and since that time we have
developed a loyal following from both corporate and individual
clients. Our success is based upon our proven track record of
availability, professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional
notary services. Building relationships and repeat customers is
our goal. After using our services for the first time, most
organizations and people become long term clients. Or if a one
time notarization is all you need, we are there for you as well.

notary coverage area to include New Jersey and it is
our sincere desire for there to be a division of Mobile Notary Services
in every city throughout the country one day.

founders of our organization have a combined 25 years of notary
experience. The principals of our company have diverse backgrounds.
David Lever is a practicing attorney, licensed in New York and New Jersey. Over the years, he has represented clients in all facets of international law including major corporations and individuals. He is very familiar with document certification requirements (apostille and legalization) domestically and internationally. Maurice Hallivis has over 7 years experience as a financial advisor on Wall Street, and 4 years as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. He has authored 2 books on Proper Notary Practices and a Study Guide on passing the New York State Notary exam. As an attorney driven firm, with expertise in the financial sector, we are familiar with the various rules, regulations, statues and procedures involved with proper notarization. In addition, we have advanced training from both the National Notary Association and the American Society of Notaries. The in-house staff at our New York and New Jersey Offices are available during business hours to answer any questions you may have. In addition they will give to you the name, contact information and credentials of the notary who will be meeting with you. In addition to the two principals there are 3 notaries who have been vetted, trained and are the best at what they do. Our
capacity to handle assignments, both near and far, is unparalleled
in the mobile notary industry. With five (5) professional mobile
notary
public's in the field at all times and an in house staff of four (4) to
answer any questions regarding document requirements, invoicing,
routing etc. we are confident we can deliver superior service and be
"on call" at all times.
At New York Mobile Notary Service, our motto is: "24-7-365-anytime-anywhere-everytime" We provide all of our clients, when asked, with our NY Notary Commission Card, Tax ID Number, New York Certificate of Authority, Notary Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy Number, and Liability Insurance Coverage Information. When on an assignment, we are equipped with
the required notary equipment including the proper stamps, embossing
seals, seal impression inkers, and notarial certificates and record
keeping journals. Collectively, over the last 8 years we have completed
thousands of successful mobile notary assignments throughout New York,
comprising tens of thousands of notarized documents. New York Mobile

to meet the needs of our clients. We arrive early and are always
willing to stay as long as is needed to get the job done
properly. We have completed assignments in most New York City

to receive security clearance and we schedule appointments
